What is Your Era's booking policy? Clients are able to cancel OR reschedule services 48 hours in advance. Clients are able to book up until 3 days before the service starts or is due.
What happens if Your Era has to cancel? If Your Era cannot complete the booked service at the time requested, Your Era will work with the client to reschedule the service or a refund will be available upon request.
What are Your Era's hours of business? Your Era is open Monday - Friday. Weekend hours are available as needed. Mon: 3:00pm - 10:00pm Tue: 3:00pm - 10:00pm Wed: 3:00pm - 10:00pm Thu: 3:00pm - 10:00pm Fri: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
